By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – so you should ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy, or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor are you allowed to attempt to translate the application into another language, or create derivative versions. The application itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with it, remain the property of QreatifkuTV LLC.

QreatifkuTV LLC is committed to ensuring that this app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge fees for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for an app or its service without clearly explaining to you what you are paying for.

The QreatifkuTV application stores and processes the personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the application. Therefore, we advise you not to jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device's official operating system. This can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise the security features of your phone and it could mean that the QreatifkuTV app will not work properly or not work at all.

This app uses third party services which state their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that QreatifkuTV LLC will not be responsible for. Certain app functions will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but QreatifkuTV LLC cannot be held responsible for a fully functional application if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you do not have any remaining data quota.

If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data charges during connection while accessing the app, or other third party fees. In using the app, you accept responsibility for such fees, including data roaming charges if you use the app outside your home region (i.e. region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please note that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Accordingly, QreatifkuTV LLC cannot always be held responsible for how you use the application i.e. you must ensure that your device remains charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to take advantage of the Service, QreatifkuTV LLC cannot accept responsibility.

Due to QreatifkuTV LLC's responsibility for your use of the application, when you use the application, it is important to remember that while we strive to ensure that the application is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make it available to you. . QreatifkuTV LLC is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of relying solely on the functionality of this application.

At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available in – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app) are subject to change, and you will need to download an update if you wish to continue using the app. QreatifkuTV LLC does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always receive app updates when they are offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may discontinue its use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will terminate; (b) You must stop using the application, and (if necessary) remove it from your device.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended that you periodically review this page for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
